The Annex, Berwick, East Sussex

Light and spacious self-contained Annex, separate from the main house with it's own private entrance. Being within two miles of the South Downs National Park and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are surrounded by idyllic countryside, lovely villages and pubs, and only 6 miles from the sea. The Space: Our Annex is comprised of a spacious double bedroom, with king-sized bed and luxurious bedding, a large lounge, a shower room, and a kitchenette, equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, washing machine and dryer. Breakfast included. We have two friendly dogs, who have access to our garden and house, but not The Annex. Guest Access: Private entrance. Disabled accessible throughout, including shower. Ample parking. Access to the back garden and patio on request, due to our two friendly dogs. Interaction with Guests: We are a friendly couple, who love to make our visitors welcome, and will also respect your privacy, as you prefer. The Neighbourhood: We are in a rural village, with a small railway station, two pubs, a Post Office and garage. Perfect for walking, cycling and exploring the many local sights, Berwick village train station is only two minutes walk away, with easy access to Brighton, Eastbourne and Lewes. Ample on-site parking means you can leave your car in our drive whilst you explore by foot, bicycle, or train. Local sites include the historic village of Alfriston; Beachy Head, the Cuckmere Valley and the Seven Sisters; Charleston Farmhouse; Firle Place; and Glyndebourne, to name just a few!

Delaford Stables is a completely self-contained annexe guest suite, attached to a charming period cottage on the outskirts of the village of Etchingham. • Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a large vaulted-ceiling living room, & a modern shower/toilet suite. • The property has recently been refurbished to the highest modern standards while still retaining the character of the original stables & tack room. • Complimentary PROSECCO on arrival • CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST included in price

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Country lovers studio with separate access

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

A stylish place to stay Enjoy its close proximity to walks on the South Downs and walks to the Beach. Ideal for Walking The famous Seven Sisters 5 mins away Lots to explore 10mins walk from bus and train station, taking you to Brighton, Lewes, London, and Eastbourne. With so much to do and explore in the area.. The Cabin has beautiful views all round of both The Sea and South Downs. Sole use of Hot tub. Please note Hot Tun Will no longer be available from 1stMarch 2026.

The Annexe, next to the beautiful Alexandra park

The Annexe is self contained with its own private entrance & self check-in. Free on street unlimited parking is available. The Annexe is link attached to the hosts home & has been been renovated to a high standard. A small private outside seating area is available set within the hosts garden. The beach, picturesque Old Town, with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, cafes all a short 20 minute walk or car drive away! (SorryWe cannot accommodate pets)

The Brock Suite with sunken spa bath and balcony

Set in the Weald countryside this beautifully appointed, two level suite, is perfect for a romantic getaway or a tranquil solo retreat. The Suite offers a spacious 25 foot bedroom with elegant four-poster bed, cosy sofa and TV. The luxurious en-suite features a 2 person Jacuzzi bath, and your own balcony to enjoy the rural views. While there’s no kitchen, the nearby village of Mayfield offers two pubs and scenic walking trails right on your doorstep.

Little Stonewall’s Guest Suite

A newly refurbished self-contained annex in the heart of Langton Green. Available for short stays and longer lets (1 / 2 / 3 months). Village green and popular countryside pub a mere 400 metres away, this is an ideal location for a countryside getaway. And with Royal Tunbridge Wells’ shops and restaurants 2.5 miles away, you really will be able to experience the best the area has to offer. Parking available on site.

Self Contained double\twin en-suite accommodation

Studio, two single beds that are joined to make a king size. Breakfast area with fridge, kettle toaster and small microwave, TV and WiFi, small enclosed garden area. Overnight accommodation ideal for visiting family and friends, work or to explore the local area Twin beds are available for stays of 3 nights or longer. A perfect base for cycling trips and walks on the Ashdown Forest, this detached, self contained first floor studio has stunning, uninterrupted views of fields and wildlife from the living area. Enviably situated in the centre of Hartfield village, this accommodation is literally moments away from the famous Pooh Corner, a must for fans of AA Milne and Winnie the Pooh.
