De molen heeft ruimte voor 4 volwassenen of 5 personen als er kinderen bij zijn. De locatie biedt veel privacy, veel buitenruimte en is helemaal nieuw ingericht. Het huis ligt op fietsafstand van de schone Walcherse stranden van Zoutelande en Domburg en het Veerse Meer. De renovatie van deze voormalige noodschuur is in 2020 afgerond. De energieneutrale vakantiewoning heeft energielabel A+++ en voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van deze tijd. Het is ruim, comfortabel, knus en gezellig. Een fantastische plek voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Taxes de séjour incluses dans le tarif. Possibilité de louer des vélos ou scooter électriques à la réception du parc. La baignade est interdite dans le petit lac.

Set in a cosy village, a beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km, cycling paths everywhere. The house can accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so this house cannot host more than four adults.

‘COOL’huisje, te midden van de akkers.

Dit kleine schuurtje op ons erf Hofstede de Boetselaer was vroeger een ‘KOEL’cel voor jonge aardappel planten. We hebben het omgebouwd tot een ‘COOL’huisje om te komen genieten tussen de akkers en aan de West Zeeuws Vlaamse kust. Voor wie opzoek is naar natuur, privacy, weinig prikkels en rust. De tuin wordt bezocht door vele vogels, kwa idee van grote. Van buizerd tot het klein goudhaantje en veel daar tussen in. Met twee aparte badkamers een plus voor twee koppels/vrienden, gezin.

Spot zeehonden of wilde flamingo's! Twee grote Jachthavens. Kindvriendelijk huis, afgelopen jaren helemaal gerenoveerd. Alles is inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken, keukendoeken, airco, gas en elektra. U hoeft niets mee te brengen. Alleen een goed humeur. Met 2 families? Huur ons andere huisje erbij!

The bedroom has a Queen-size bed and is located next to the luxurious bathroom with bath. There are 2 toilets.

In het naastgelegen dorp Kwadendamme is een supermarkt. Meer informatie over de omgeving vindt u in het huisje. Inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken en schoonmaakkosten. De accomodatie is minder geschikt voor rolstoelgebruikers omdat het in een wei gelegen is en er diverse opstapjes zijn.

Deze stijlvolle accommodatie is perfect om tot rust te komen. Midden in de natuur, aan het water. Wandelen, fietsen, werken, ontspannen. Het kan allemaal in ons huisje midden op het eiland Hoeksche Waard. Maar ook Rotterdam, Dordrecht en Breda liggen op 30 min rijden afstand en kunnen eenvoudig bezocht worden vanuit de locatie. Het huisje is per auto bereikbaar via een onverharde eigen weg en is omgeven door weiland.
