Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

We created a beautiful space that's great for wedding weekends, family reunions, cedar point trips, and any kind of friends and family get together. We are very close to Oberlin College & Valley of the Eagle Country club making it the perfect home for family gatherings coming in to celebrate! The large kitchen is ready to accommodate a quick bite- or a full on feast. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have their own Roku Tv. The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. The property features 1.4 acres of privacy, a screened in gazebo, a sauna, firepit and tons of parking. We will continue to update the space and the property. We look forward to hosting you!
