A short walk or cycle from from the beautiful South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth with its local shops, pubs and restaurants. On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

The Gardeners is the former workshop of the gardener of Hambrook Hall & has been renovated to a high standard for guests. Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful & stylish space.
