It's just a short walk (150 meters) through pine trees to a quiet, sandy beach - perfect for morning swims, evening strolls, or simply unwinding by the sea. You’ll find nature all around, with walking trails, bird song, and plenty of fresh air. The center of Apšuciems is just 15 minutes away on foot, and the charming village of Klapkalnciems is a 30 minute walk along the coast.

The house is in de middle of the nature with forests around. It is the only holidayhouse on the premises . So you have a maximum of privacy. Have a relaxed time in the nature then this is the right place. Airport (RIX) about 60 km also the capital op Latvia RIGA is about 70 km.

Holiday house Jurmalas Priedes (Seaside Pines) is located in pine forest 150 m from sandy beach. My family (we live in another house on the same plot of land) warmly welcomes you all year round. The house consists of two separate parts, each of them can be rented separately in low season. We provide all the necessary amenities, and you can always reach us if necessary. Free parking and free Wi-Fi internet also are provided. Almost private white sandy beach is just across the dune!

It is a summer house comfortable for couples or families up to 4 people. There is everything you might need to enjoy summer holidays. Kitchen, bathroom and sauna is located on the first floor. Sleeping area is on the second floor. Free parking is available beside the house. Hosts with the small kid and corgi lives in the neighborhood.
