Diner/kitchen with over, fridge freezer & microwave. Downstairs bathroom with bath, shower over bath & WC. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms:one has double bed & 2nd with small double. Also upstairs is a separate WC. Views to Ennerdale fells from front bedroom & views to the sea from the rear. Small rear seating area.

Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.
