Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Alphin's Red Barn & Venue

1 room apartment above our barn. Rustic decor with deck to set and watch sunsets and wildlife. A small pond full of Sun Perch is great for kids and a larder pond in the back full of bass and crappie. Only 7 miles from public boat ramp on Cedar Creek Lake. Plenty of restaurants and stores 10 minutes away. Our small cottage is perfect for single travelers or couples!

This guest suite is located within close proximity to Kaufman (12 minutes), Crandall (10 minutes) and Scurry TX (6 minutes). With only a short 40 minute drive to downtown Dallas, it offers the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a day trip to Dallas.
