New construction. Very quiet setting with property manager on-site. Guest house is attached to the side of a garage, and detached from the main house with a shared yard. It provides a private space with park-like views. Sub Zero professional grade appliances, radiant flooring, indoor/outdoor gas fireplaces, and a hot tub. A pull-out queen sofa is in the living room. No smoking. No pets please. A family of deer live in the backyard, and ticks are present off the deck. Walking distance to village!

My second-floor 3, three-bedroom apartment is 5 miles from Buffalo International Airport and approximately 7 miles from downtown Buffalo and all its venues. Our neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I have several stores, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. PARKING: Street parking in Spring/Summer/Fall. Parking behind the house in winter. Please, the driveway is only for loading and unloading. I ask that you please don’t block the driveway or block the entry door. Thank you.
