Gawthorne's Hut-luxurious, architect designed, off grid Eco hut just for couples --the newest of Wilgowrah's unique country escapes incl Wilgowrah Church and Tom's Cottage. Built to capture stunning views it provides guests with peace, privacy and a sense of isolation. King bed, full bath, shower, flushing toilet, kitchenette, WiFi, air-conditioning (with some limitations) and Fire Pit -closed during periods of high fire danger. In a countryside setting, rich in local history allowing you to disconnect & rediscover the joys of living, while only minutes from the Award winning restaurants & wineries in Orange. During our guests stay they can melt their cares away in our custom built wood fired bath tub, looking at the beautiful sunset or stars above. As at this time please note there is no WiFi in the cottage and limited Phone service. A great way to relax and unwind without being completely cut off from the world.

With extensive landscaped gardens, guests will be assured of a quiet and extremely relaxing stay. The garden views can be enjoyed from the comfort of your bed or in the private courtyard. The Studio is self-contained with a kitchenette, open plan living and dining area, queen bed, separate bathroom and private, covered car space.

We are an Eco Farm Stay and have a spacious self-contained studio room. Location is five minutes’ drive from Orange & 20 minutes’ walk of several wineries. We have beautiful views, garden view from your room & over the town and surrounding countryside. You will find it very peaceful and quiet with a homely feel. You can see the Murray Grey cows, calves or chickens, stroll through our cherry orchard or just do your own thing. We are very approachable but any contact will be your choice.
