Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Escape to the country and relax - only 1h30 from London! Wonderful walks straight from the doorstep. Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

It is also In close proximity to many wedding venues for example: Crockwell farm, Sulgrave manor and Fawlsley Hall. Nearby attractions are Silverstone, Warwick Castle, Bicester Village, Milton Keynes and Stratford upon Avon.

Old English Cottage in Chipping Warden

A rare opportunity to stay in a 16th Century converted grain store in the heart of the British countryside on the borders of Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire & Warwickshire. This beautiful two storey stone-built cottage is set in the North Cotswolds in a quaint little village called Chipping Warden. This is ideal walker’s country and we welcome dogs (not upstairs or on sofas please), and there are plenty of pubs within easy walking distance including a local village pub within 5 minutes walk.

Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

The Rabbit Hutch

Self contained studio annex in a quiet Oxfordshire village pub. Sits within easy reach of Banbury,silverstone,and the Coltswolds. Just off the M40. The Rabbit hutch sleeps upto 2 adults. Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

The annexe comes complete with its kitchenette including a washer dryer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge freezer. The annexe has a smart TV & free Netflix. Less than 10 mins drive to Northampton town centre & the Motorway. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.

The Stables self-contained barn in a village

Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
