Tucked behind new housing but your back garden is private. We are close to beautiful beaches and golf courses. Fresh milk, butter, cereals, coffee and something to toast are provided. Ideal for exploring the Lothians /Northumbria, or to just chill. Farm track road so please note the lower end of the road is prone to potholes in sections.

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. Built in the 1700s the Gardener's House is set into the old Walled Garden in the stunning grounds of Arniston House, a William Adam Stately Home. A secluded, picturesque two storey house with wood burning stove for winter or glass patio doors that open onto the walled garden for summer. A short stroll from a family friendly sandy beach and promenade, Coble Cottage is the perfect base for a stay in Berwick-upon-tweed. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.
