Le charpentier est situé à l'aile droite de la maison des propriétaires et mitoyen du gîte le pressoir. il a sa terrasse et son jardin privatisé clos. il est séparé par un muret et de la végétation ce qui permet l'indépendance de chacun. il dispose d'une pièce à vivre avec un coin salon cheminée et une cuisine équipée. en empruntant un escalier pentu vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit en 140 et une avec un lit en 150 et une salle de bain agréable. vous pourez profiter du grand parc commun

LE VIEUX FOUR À PAIN

Seul, en couple ou même avec 2 enfants nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir dans ce petit gîte qui était un ancien four à pain en bord du chemin de halage de la Dordogne. Il s inscrit dans le style de notre Perigord Pourpre avec ses bricous et ses vieilles pierres. Dans un endroit isolé calme et tranquille vous ne serez malgré tout pas loin pour visiter les bastides et châteaux réputés de Dordogne mais aussi du Lot et Garonne et de la Gironde et à mi-chemin de SARLAT et St EMIĹION .
