Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Artemisia - The Dolomite's Silence

The independent entrance, with external stairs and an elevator, leads to the first floor where the Silence apartment is. It has three rooms with double beds and one with two French beds, all with private bathrooms. The loggia, balconies, and large windows offer views of the landscape, creating harmony between nature and interiors. The equipped kitchen with a large table and tiled stove is the heart of the home. In the attic, the living room provides a cozy space to relax in tranquility.

Stadturlaub inmitten von Weinbergen am Erbacherhof in Bozen. Die gemütliche, helle Ferienwohnung „Renates Gründer Suite“ (65,5m² + 24m² Terrasse) befindet sich im ersten Stock, verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Badezimmer, eine private finnische Sauna, ein Schlafsofa, eine Terrasse, WC, Föhn, eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Besteck, Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeevollautomat. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.
