Definitely a quiet neighborhood not a city vibe. This level is COOL/COLD YEAR ROUND! Heavenly on hot summer days or if you like sleeping cool. Beautiful mature oaks and green space out the front door with plenty of room to roam or hang out in a hammock and enjoy the day. This apartment has a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of on-street parking available with bike lanes and public transit nearby. Como Park is centrally located in St Paul.

This cozy retreat boasts an abundance of natural light streaming in through skylights, illuminating a space adorned with beautiful plants, creating a serene and inviting ambiance. This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood!!
