Close to the Norman Lindsay Gallery/Cafe, Ugg Boot shop, Aquatic Centre with 3 pools and full gym, and bush walks. A coffee cart at the top of our street is open daily from 8am. Nestled on a large bush block in the lower Blue Mountains is this secluded, self-contained studio with lovely views and access to a 9-metre swimming pool. The beauty of the Blue Mountains National Park beckons, with Florabella Pass and other spectacular and often quieter bushwalks starting just at the end of our street. The studio is conveniently located for the cafés and shops of Glenbrook and Springwood, with a local store and a larger supermarket just minutes away.

We are 20mins from Penrith & 40mins to Katoomba - just a short detour from the Highway. Light & quiet Loft above our garage - fully seperate access. The loft is on the same property as our main house, however is accessed separately. *Street parking available
