The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

From here a large sliding door opens onto a private garden with patio. The courtyard around which the cottages nestle is a lovely place to sit on a sunny day. Beyond the courtyard is a paddock which guests can also access. There is a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
