This peaceful spot is amazing! Often you can only hear the birds and maybe a tractor somewhere far off in the distance…

Smart tv’s in 2/3 bedrooms. 15 mins from Cromer beach. Great for families, birders and coastal lovers. Well behaved dogs welcome. Please note there are 2 steps up to the Barnhouse door and it is a gravel drive way for those with difficulty walking. Travel cots and high chairs available on request. The Barn sits on the owners grounds.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Featuring contemporary art and relaxed modern furnishings, the barn stands in its own south facing walled garden, and is just fifteen minutes by car from coast, National Trust properties and award-winning restaurants. Located just moments from the famous Weaver's Way network of country walks it is the ideal place from which to explore North Norfolk.

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.
