This two bedroom apartment boosts open plan living, off road parking and a private courtyard that is often visited by tui, bellbirds and fantails. Retire home after an adventurous day out and about to your comfortable and convenient place. This space is ideal for couples, singles, groups of friends and executives.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.
