Stepping into the ski lodge inspired room will not only mark the start of your cozy getaway, but bring you one step closer to our favourite winter pastime (while Alfy can't ski yet, he does LOVE running up and sliding back down on his side)

Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

Foremost the Studio proudly boasts one of the best views in the area at anytime of day. It's privacy & character ensures you feel relaxed so be left in no doubt that you'll have a nice experience looking at the view from your private balcony while sipping your fav drink. It's like a hotel room with limited kitchen facilities & no laundry.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Stunning walking and biking tracks are one step away, and also the local Kelvin Heights golf course. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 hobs - suitable for light meals. NOTE: A neighbouring house is under construction. It does not affect the unit view however as the work they do is carried out during standard New Zealand working hours and may cause some daytime noise in the surrounding area or partial road blockages. Our rates have already been adjusted to reflect this, and we appreciate your understanding as the area undergoes improvements. Please note that no further compensation not will be provided.
