Idyllic setting with private hot tub, decking area and gas barbeque to enjoy lovely romantic evenings. Hot tub cleaned between every client with fresh water. Ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking( equipment not provided).

Luxurious king size bed, good wi-fi connection, spacious lounge area to relax in, newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath, tea, toast & full kitchen. On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Whether you need a good nights sleep or a base for a weekend or short break. This location offers many options for exploring the local area either by walking or cycling. SELBY is 5 miles and York 15 miles away. The annex is a 5minute walk from the village of Hambleton where there are two local pubs one of which has an excellent all day menu.

The Apple Chamber Self Contained Apartment

‘The Apple Chamber’ is a two-bed apartment (double bed and sofa bed) in a delightful 16th century Grade 2 listed farmhouse, situated in the semi-rural village of Hatfield Woodhouse.   In years gone by, the Apple Chamber was the farm’s servant’s quarters as well as being used to store fruit through winter, which is where the name originates. It has now undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to provide modern self-contained accommodation with plenty of character.
