The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Pineapple Bluff is a quaint historic cottage overlooking the Indian River. Abundant Florida wildlife including dolphins, manatees, and an assortment of aquatic birds are common sights from the dock. On a large lot dotted with palm trees, you will capture the tropical essence of Florida. Only one mile south of Historic Downtown Melbourne, with its shopping, restaurants, and night life, and 3.5 miles to the beach, the location is perfectly situated to take in all the sites of the Space Coast.

We're also close to Florida Tech and Holmes Regional Medical Center. Solar panels now provide energy for the apartment.

The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.

GREEN MANGO’S RESTFUL NIGHT SLEEP

Green Mango is a charmingly renovated duplex. This adorable space boasts cleanliness, newly polished terrazzo floors, impact-resistant (safety) windows, and blackout blinds, ensuring a tranquil night's sleep. The modern minimalistic styled townhouse is conveniently located only 3.8 miles to the beach, 73 miles to Disney World, and 13 miles to the USAA Space Coast Athletic Complex.
