You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

A tranquil area over looking the dam with fire pit and 11m saltwater pool adds to your relaxation. Set on 3 acres, the self contained studio is beneath our family home with its own entrance via the garden. Help yourself to produce from the garden and collect the yummiest eggs for breakfast! Zeus our friendly Mastiff/Great Dane is sure to say G’Day.

Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. The Studio @ Hardings Farm

Kick back and relax in the calm of the studio, situated on our family farm located in the Glorious hinterland of the sunshine coast. Just ten minutes from the lovely tourist town of Montville and just 20 minutes to some of the finest beaches on the sunshine coast. Enjoy the peace and tranquility, unwind whilst surrounded by the sounds of the bush, birdsong and the gentle sounds of our farm animals. The studio is also fully equipped, including air conditioning for those hot summer days.

The rustic timber cottage hides a lovely white, bright room with king bed and attached bathroom. The cottage is nestled in tropical gardens, with a sunny front porch where breakfast can be enjoyed. Wake to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees and the serenity of the area. The cottage is close to the airport, beaches, beautiful hinterland and scenic attractions. Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.

Studio living beneath the residence on a hill in beautiful Buderim. No shared facilities, private entrance. Peaceful, private & well located for short drive to beautiful beaches such as Maroochydore and Alex Headland; Close to national parks & scenic walks; Great local cafes, breweries, restaurants. Short drive to local shopping centres. You'll love my place because of the location and restful atmosphere. Fantastic getaway spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

The Banana Hut is the ultimate relaxing getaway! There is so much to do and enjoy during the days and spend your nights peacefully settled in to enjoy a gorgeous evening, drink in hand on your own private deck with views and a cooling breeze.
