Located a few minutes walk from the beautiful Spread Eagle Inn and Sawley Abbey ruins, surrounded by beautiful countryside, perfect for walking.

Crimpton Farm Cottages - The Owl

A stunning, cosy cottage located in the Forest of Bowland, Ribble Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Once part of a looming house and barn, this Grade II Listed building has been converted to a lovely cottage with peaceful surrounding views. There are many picturesque footpaths located close to the cottage, and within reach of historical and geological sites with beautiful scenes of wildlife. This is a working smallholding farm, so we must accept no pets to the cottage. No smoking.

No 6 is a modern, cosy house in the beautiful market town of Clitheroe. Recently renovated throughout, it offers a well equipped kitchen and walk in shower room. There's a king size bed in the master bedroom. The property is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, cafe's, train station, parks and open countryside. There's off street parking for two cars and a sunny, enclosed garden to the rear. It's the perfect place, to relax and enjoy all the beautiful Ribble Valley has to offer.

Traditional Cottage in the heart of Waddington. Waddington is a small village, 2 miles of Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley. Within the village there are three popular pubs, the Lower Buck Inn, the Higher Buck and the Waddington Arms also a beautiful church all within 2mins walking distance from the cottage. Well behaved dogs are welcome. dogs cannot be left unaccompanied in the cottage and not allowed on furniture. All guests will be left a welcome pack with bread,milk, tea, coffee + butter.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
