The one-bedroom apartment is located on the main level and features lots of windows and hardwood floors. It is comfortably furnished with an eclectic selection of furniture and decor. Three blocks from the university and three blocks from historic downtown Laramie. We are right on the parade route during Jubilee days and UW homecoming. Pups are expected to be kept on leash on common grounds, and taken to alley to potty. We are not a corporate Airbnb. We are old school. We live on property and we always greet our guests.

The Marmots, will often make an appearance. Wildlife abounds, moose, deer, elk pronghorn, bear, wolf and fox as well as many species of bird call this special place home. The spacious deck overlooks the forest and the mountains as well as the warm water ponds.

This apartment is within walking distance to downtown and the University of Wyoming. It has a queen size bed, full bath and essential kitchen items. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. We have recently updated this unit and continue with renovations as time and weather allows.
