The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. Viola's Place is a Vacation Rental in the City of Frankenmuth. Viola was our neighbor of 20 years and she moved out at the end of July of 2017. This home is a perfect place for two couples, a family of 4-6, or business travelers. Within walking distance of the major attractions in town (Main Street about 1/3 of a mile from the home), this is the ideal home for your visit during the various festivals or for couples here during weddings at the major venues here!

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try tiny living! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times-NOT!!! You can’t depend on it…Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Lots of parking space available for trailers, boats, etc. Carport to park under. Not far from Starbucks, Cracker Barrel, and fast food. Super clean, all duvet covers and blankets washed after every guest. Phone/watch charging stations in the bedrooms. Coffee and coffee bread included with every stay. No pets please!
