Handcrafted cozy waterfront camp on Metcalf pond. Propane fireplace provides for welcome warmth after fall or winter adventures. Soak in the Hot tub on the deck. Custom spiral staircase accesses carpeted sleeping loft with books, TV, rocking chair. Enjoy the quiet off season brings to the area when most camps are shuttered for winter. Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

3 BR Camp on Lake Carmi

3BR camp on Lake Carmi in beautiful northern Vermont. The camp is equipped with 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. Our maximum occupancy camp and property is 4 registered guests . The camp comes with direct access to the lake. The back yard allows for fun summer nights around the campfire and in the fall, enjoyment of foliage. The boat launch and State Park are 5 minutes away along with numerous mountains in the area. No parties, events or gatherings allowed. We offer a military discount.

The spacious kitchen, dining, and living rooms adjoin a 1st floor BR and full bath. Patios front and rear with awning provide a relaxing stay. The spacious 2nd floor BR and balcony overlook the lake. The other BR shares a large bathroom with shower and double sink. 5 Minutes from St. Albans, 30 min to Burlington, 45 to skiing at Jay Peak.

The cottage at East Shore Drive is right on Lake Champlain in St Albans Bay, Vermont. Nestled off of Hathaway Point, this lakeside retreat is a perfect place for a family or couple getaway. Located just 35 minutes north of Burlington and just over an hour away from Montreal, this home away from home provides a great homebase to enjoy a mixture of outdoor recreation with nearby city options.
