Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

WIFI is excellent throughout the entire cabin. Located on the South Fork Broad River just below Watson Mill Bridge State Park, this A-Frame is a unique and tranquil escape. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, it features a king-size loft bed and peaceful river views. Bring your beach towels and enjoy the chairs provided for relaxing on the sandbars and rocks in the river. In the pasture behind the cabin, our friendly goats love attention and are always happy to greet guests.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!

The RV is on a 2 acre lot with access to Lake Hartwell. There are trails nearby with many different exploring options in the area. You may interact with me by cell phone or online. I can show you how to operate the propane stove and lights and answer any other questions you might have. The rv shares the same drive way with the green house. I also have kayaks available to rent, so ask me about pricing.

NEW IN 2021: New carpet, paint and mattress! Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
