Welcome to 3011 Club Villas on the grounds of the gated Amelia Island Plantation. This peaceful 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom marshside villa is located on the south end of Amelia Island, with the Oak Marsh Golf Course and Intracoastal Waterway directly off the back patio. There are two complex swimming pools nearby. Only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms & conditions, and $150 nonrefundable fee.

It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a flex room that can be used as an office or a sleeping space with a king trundle bed. Single kayaks & gas golf cart are included to explore Drummond Park, Walker's Landing, Nature Center, mini golf, multiple shops and restaurants all within Amelia Island Plantation. The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!

This amazing house is close to the beach and The Plantation Resort and many amenities. You’ll love the house because of the finishes are outstanding, the beds are comfortable and the house is tranquil, while still being inside the coveted Omni Plantation Resort. The house is good for couples and families (with kids). While access to Omni Resort pools is not available, miles of trails, recreation facilities, amazing restaurants and world-class golfing are all for your enjoyment.
