Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

Mt Martha is perfectly located on the Mornington Peninsula, to enjoy all its fantastic attractions...beaches, biking, hot springs, coastal walks, restaurants and wineries.

We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner arm chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area, or watch our Smart TV enjoying your complimentary wine and food platter. Sleep soundly in the comfortable KS bed.

The Haven

At The Haven you’ll find a peaceful ambience. Located on “Arthurs Seat” in Dromana, the view from each bedroom and the living room is of the Port Phillip Bay. The view to the north includes the cities high rise profile and a sweep of the bay. The everchanging vista is mesmerising. If you just need a relaxing ‘do nothing’ break, there is a very comfortable couch, a big TV with Wifi access, puzzles and books. And never forget, the amazing view.
