A getaway beach holiday overlooking Kananook Creek and across the road from the pristine Seaford Beach. Wake up to a sunrise view from your bed. In summer enjoy a day at the beach or in winter enjoy snuggling up front of the cosy open fire. Explore the walking tracks, wetlands, bird life, cafes, restaurants or take a drive to the Mornington Penninsula to world renown wineries and ocean beaches.

Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

Wine on arrival, fresh spring water, sourdough and free range eggs from our farm are provided to enhance your stay.

Featured on Neighbours Xmas special December 2024. Note: We host photo shoots on the property but NOT in the Cottage.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 55 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Mount Eliza Sunset Apartment

Light filled and very spacious, elegant one bedroom apartment with a pull out QS sofa bed also available in separate lounge room. We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner arm chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area, or watch our Smart TV enjoying your complimentary wine and food platter. Sleep soundly in the comfortable KS bed.

Mt Eliza Beach retreat

Set in the peaceful beachside suburb of Mt Eliza, gateway to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, this light filled cottage has own private courtyard with bbq, outdoor dining, fire pit. Enjoy quiet walks to secluded beaches and explore local village eateries, boutique shopping and wineries. Nestled in large, private garden 100m from the beach, this is the place to escape the city and to breathe in the tranquility. Great for short, medium and longer term stays.
