This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

In 1907, our lil town was in great excitement as 15 of the finest buffalo arrived by rail in heavy crates from NY to their new home in the Wichita Mountains. Even Quanah Parker was there to witness this historic event. Nestled at the foothills of the mountains, The Lazy Buffalo has 13 individually themed cabins. The Rojo Buffalo Cabin sleeps 4 guests with two queen sized beds and has a full bathroom with a walk in tiled shower.

It's a 200sqft Cabin in the middle of a 20 acre Pasture with views of the Slick Hills and Mt Scott.Minutes from lake Lawtonka and Medicine Park. Donkeys and horses roam free,as do normal country bugs and critters Plenty of room for family events and reasonable parties,,, I deleted the rest of this message.. Enjoy a peaceful stay at my three bedroom home in the quiet town of Tipton. The home is equipped with WiFi, coffee maker, full kitchen, tv in every bedroom and living room, sleeper sofa and 4 queen size beds to make your stay comfortable. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Located downtown for a front row seat of all the festivities going on as well as shopping and dining. Lots of room inside for hanging out inside the house or out in the bay area playing games or watching activities through the windows or from the bench outside. You can also drive your vehicle inside the building for more convenience. Recently added a daybed with a trundle bed to sunroom.

This private suite is for the solo traveler or professional. This property has large pollinator and native plant gardens that nature lovers will enjoy. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. One guest only at all times, please do not send inquiries or reservations for more. Be sure to read and follow the house rules for all policies.
