Fall is finally here:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by my husband and myself, the Surf Bug features handcrafted details including cypress trim, hardwood floors, and butcher block countertops. We encourage you to kick off your shoes, unplug, and walk down to the beach—just three minutes walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! Timber Trail Sunset Retreat

Welcome to my home on Hatteras Island, located in the village of Frisco directly on Pamlico Sound in a residential neighborhood. You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

August Rose Cottage on the Pamlico Sound

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

Scarborough town Surfstead w/ hot tub

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Sleep well in a cozy king bed wake up and enjoy your coffee on a tucked-away patio. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walking distance to some of the best surfing on the east coast as well as restaurants ,coffee shop, pizza! , pier , small grocery store , and kite boarding on sound . The surf shack is rustic living ! This space is designed for serious surfers and kiteboarders , if you are looking for the 4 seasons this is not it , but if you want to hit the beach you are here!

Lightkeeper's Retreat

Bingo! This is it! The closest cottage in terms of driving to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Cape Point, and the jetties on Hatteras Island. This cottage is bordered by Cape Hatteras National Seashore with all the abundant wildlife you would expect and a nice level yard with gobs of privacy. Come live like the locals do, away from all the hustle and bustle of other typical vacation neighborhoods.
