Fun on the lake all year round! House is on a private dead-end street. Directly across the street from Sacandaga Lake with views from deck. Quick walk across the street to Mayfield Lake launch for kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and fishing! 5 minute drive to Mayfield Town Beach! Boaters: Contact Docs Marina for boat launch and daily slip access. Directly across the street from the house. Snowmobilers: Direct access to Sacandaga Lake, Mayfield Lake and New York State Snowmobile trail System.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

The sandy, walk-in beach is perfect for swimming, kayaking &is ideal for families with small children. 1 mi. from the Broadalbin Boat launch, less than 1 hr to Lake George & Saratoga- enjoy hiking, fishing, horse races, boating and on! Enjoy grilling on the fire table at the beach, relaxing on the deck or by a cozy fire in the firepit!

Year round indoor pool house that is 2000 square feet located in the lower adirondacks. There are many hiking trails with this house being located ON the Northville-Lake Placid trail. Leaf peeping in the fall is a must. Skiing, ice-skating and tubbing are favorite winter activities with places like Gore, Oak and Lapland resorts. The village of Northville has many locally owned restaurants and shops just a short drive away.
