It is heated by Air Conditioning in the living room / kitchen. 40inch Smart TV with 100+ channels, NETFLIX, 100mbs Fiber Internet. Portable outdoor grill with charcoal. Coffee machine, salt, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and coffee. We offer shampoo / gel, towels and clean sheets for each guest. We use Ozono technology for maximum sterilization of the place.

It is a building of the 19st Century but the apartment was fully renovated retaining its original character and with contemporary and urban decor. A casa do Neto está inserida no Vale da Ginjeira, é independente, com dois quartos, duas casas de banho, salão e cozinha. Todos os espaços possuem ar condicionado e decoração agradável. Está inserida num ambiente rural, onde pode visitar as aldeias históricas, por exemplo Sortelha, Belmonte, Penha Garcia, Monsanto...A 18 km está a Serra da Estrela com tudo o que de belo e natural tem para nos oferecer. Gebaseerd op een typisch engelse Scheperds Hut hebben wij deze moderne variant zelf gebouwd. Eerst voor ons zelf en nu voor jullie. Kom, ontspan, rust uit, geniet & lees een boek.

Serra da Estrela, Sabugueiro (300 m praia/ plage)

Casa no centro histórico da aldeia do Sabugueiro, onde poderá usufruir da gastronomia local, com as várias casas de comércio e restaurantes existentes. A cerca de 400 m existe a praia fluvial, que é uma piscina natural, bem como dezenas de praias e lagoas a escassos km's (local mais próximo dos mesmo). Alojamentos totalmente novo, com a traça arquitetónica da região, de madeira e pedra, com todas as condições para uma estadia agradável.

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
