There is excellent cellphone service, and centrally located between Charleston and Huntington, WV.

Our "Cozy Cabin" getaway is located in a peaceful country setting. A creek & hillside is located behind the cabin. Relax on our 2 porches and enjoy the view of our field with horses grazing and deer passing thru. There is a fire pit, gas grill & small shelter house with swing for your outside enjoyment. All the amenities for a relaxing stay close to Yatesville Lake (18 miles), Rush Off-Road Park (13 miles) & Giovanni's Pizza (5 miles). Tristate area KY/WV/OH can be in all within 30 minutes.

The cabin is located on over 300 acres with hiking trails, a large pond, creeks, and rocky outcroppings to explore. This was a hand built log homestead that we have taken and modernized. This cabin sets less than 1 mile from Lake Jackson State Park. Quiet setting on over 2 acres with lots of trees and truly set up for entertaining. We are an easy drive to many attractions such as Hocking Hills, Cooper Hollow, Wayne National and many more. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway: The River Cabin has a large, covered porch overlooking Millcreek and exclusive access to a dock, fire-ring area, and deck with table, chairs and umbrella. It sleeps five (2 full size, 1 twin). Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and linens. The dock sits right on Millcreek, and is a lovely place to relax and fish. Up to 2 pets allowed for a fee. Additional $5 daily charge the 5th guest.
