Sleep easy knowing that the neighborhood is safe. A fire station is located just a block over. The entire interior of the home is crafted with reclaimed wood. A short drive to downtown. Fenced in yard and dog friendly. Just a street over from a busy highway to which we have no control over the sound that carries over.

The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

One side of the home has a private "mother-in-law suite" that has a kitchenette and it's own private bathroom while the other side of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
