The eco-friendly studio boasts a queen mattress on a platform frame, corner shower, WiFi, & Roku TV. The compact, kitchen is well-stocked, with a convection/microwave, two-burner range, compact fridge, & water filter. The studio shares a soundproofed wall with the main house, but has a private entrance and fenced outdoor space complete with grill.

Kitchen is provided with everything you may need for cooking a full meal or enjoying a light snack. Cute coffee bar and a washer/dryer combo is provided for your convenience. Centrally located to both downtown Boise and Hyde Park, which makes for easy walks to shops, restaurants and trails. Enjoy the many charms this beautiful neighborhood offers.

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.
