Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.
