Shepherd's Hut Retreat

The Old Paper Mill

Peaceful, romantic barn conversion in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner - get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Old Paper Mill was once the drying room for a Victorian paper Mill. It sits on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Silver Dollar Shepherds Hut Saham Toney Norfolk

At Wispy Meadows Luxury Holidays we currently have five shepherds huts and one lodge situated around the lake. We are an adult only site and welcome guests aged eighteen and over. Our huts will sleep two adults. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful location you will be able to get away from it all and relax. There is a private under cover hot tub (additional charge) which you may wish to bring extra towels if you wish to use. Free fishing on site please bring your own equipment and bait.

The Old Dairy

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

The Milking Parlour

Totally secluded, with immediate access to lanes, streams and woods, the Milking Parlour offers respite from the stress of everyday life. Once a vital part of Home Cottage Farm, The Parlour has been converted, to a very high standard, into compact studio accommodation. The patio with a cheminea gives opportunity to stargaze our wide East Anglian skies. Local villages have pubs and general stores. Our sparkling city, Norwich, the North Norfolk coast with seals and cubs are for you to enjoy.

Norfolk Village Flint Cottage

Ringland village is renowned for its local walks and countryside. Village Pub 45 min walk, Norwich 15 min drive and North Norfolk Coast 40 min drive. Flint Cottage, is an old cosy Norfolk Cottage with modern home comforts, managed by Timeout Escapes. Hand built kitchen, modern showers, oak doors, wooden floors and shutters, wood burner, Garden, Garage for car/bike storage and parking for 3 cars on the drive . The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

Larch Yurt

Finished to a high standard she comes fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. Wood burner with oven, private barbecue, sun loungers, hammock and lots of fairy lights. Private shower and WC facilities. Enjoy a pizza which you can prepare and cook in our woodfired pizza oven. We look forward to seeing you.

Little Orchard

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Little Orchard is adjoined to the family home with it's own private entrance, it offers open plan kitchen, living room & dining space. Separate double bedroom with en-suite wet room. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
