The Earth House: cozy campus home

This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

The Nestled Inn

Get away to a limitless Nestled Retreat. This all-in-one level accessible home features a pleasant great room, complete with a queen sofa bed and an open full kitchen. There are two barrier-free bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a second with a queen bed. The delightful "Alley Nest", a cottage located in back, can be added to accommodate one or two more guests. Outside, enjoy dining and lounging on the wrap-around porch-fun for all ages and abilities.

The Prancing Pony

The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill.

The Campus Cottage - Walkable to OU Campus

This is a 'Designed by Davis' home. This calm oasis is conveniently located just northwest of The University of Oklahoma. The Campus Cottage is found in the heart of Norman - only a .5 mile distance from Memorial Stadium and Campus Corner, making for a great game day location. A small 1100 sq foot bungalow built in 1937 with some modern updates. Our cozy home is within walking distance to Campus Corner, Memorial Stadium and quick access to Downtown Norman. We are minutes away from the University and it’s safe to walk around. If you choose to stay at home we have provided plenty of seating area to enjoy your visit with family or friends.

Restaurant across the street and supermarket nearby. Close to restaurants on Main Street and Campus Corner. Outdoor entertainment area with grill for pre-game. You can comfortably live without needing a car.

This 1930’s Tudor style home is full of charm with it’s beautiful wood floors and an abundance of windows. It is newly remodeled and perfectly located. The neighborhood is perfectly situated in central Norman near the University of Oklahoma and a number of locally owned/operated restaurants and shops.
