The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Walking distance to 2 pubs.

Nutberry, Countryside 1 Bedroom Farm Cottage

A simple comfortable little traditional Cottage in a rural location yet close to Beccles and Bungay Town. Our small Cottage offers simple, comfortable accommodation. The open-plan layout combines the kitchen, living and dining areas with a double bed, creating a practical and easy-to-use space for couples or solo travellers. The cottage also has a separate private bathroom. Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage during their visit, and parking for one car is available if required.

Barsham Old Hall Cowshed

The Old Hall Cow Shed is located on an idyllic organic smallholding surrounded by woodland in the beautiful Broads National Park. It is ideal for a family break, for small groups of cyclists or walkers or for a quiet break for a couple. It is fully equipped but does NOT have a TV. There are games, books, music, fresh air and an amazing pub just 15 minutes walk across the marshes. The accommodation has solar PV, solar water heating, a wood burning stove and is insulated with sheep's wool.

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.
