The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Welcome to the Cottage at Oak Aven Acres. Enjoy the beauty, and peace and quiet of rural living in this PRIVATE two bedroom Cape Cod style cottage, surrounded by eighty acres of native timber. Watch for deer, wild turkeys, and even a black squirrel as you sit on the back deck enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, or perhaps a glass of iced lemonade or tea in the evening. Oak Aven Acres offers a wide variety of trees that are home to many species of birds and other animals.
