College students - just 14 miles from Concordia, 31 miles from UNL, 33 miles from Doane, 12 miles from SCC in Milford.

In Seward, NE, 19 mi west of Lincoln, 10 min from I-80. Family friendly. Quiet area. Off-street parking. Easy .6 mi walk to restaurants & shops, 1.3 mi. to Concordia U. Two bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 full. Air mattresses, cot, PackNPlay for added guests. Large back yard. Patio with table & seating. Books, games, smart TV, washer/dryer. HVAC w/allergy/virus filter. Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. House is apprx. 100 yo, clean & cared for with a few nicks, cracks & creaks for authenticity!

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. The Cottage at Oak Aven Acres

Welcome to the Cottage at Oak Aven Acres. Enjoy the beauty, and peace and quiet of rural living in this PRIVATE two bedroom Cape Cod style cottage, surrounded by eighty acres of native timber. Watch for deer, wild turkeys, and even a black squirrel as you sit on the back deck enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, or perhaps a glass of iced lemonade or tea in the evening. Oak Aven Acres offers a wide variety of trees that are home to many species of birds and other animals.

The Juni Suite

Enjoy a clean and stylish experience in the Juni Suite. Cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchenette, soak it up in the deep bathtub, and stay warm by the fireplace. A queen size memory foam bed and blackout roller shades will help you sleep soundly. The convertible sofa is easy to expand to a full size. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.
