Beautiful chalet atmosphere apartment with panoramic mountain view located in the heart of New Gudauri Ski Resort 2300 m above the sea, in the TWINS Residence. Minimalist design, natural textures and epic view. Enjoy the epic view of the valley of Gudauri and ski run, as well as breathtaking sunsets while taking a hot bath. Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.
