It’s semi-detached from the main home, separate entrance to the cottage from a shared garage parking. 🚖 Please also note our property has 3 airbnbs but interaction with other guests is limited to shared garage, walkway and pool area There is an area to sit outside and take in the moonlight 2km from Sandton Gautrain station and Sandton City/Nelson Mandela Square

A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.

Leafy Craighall Park, home away from home (Solar)

Private, safe, clean, modern outside room with small kitchenette and bathroom with shower based in the leafy superb of Craighall Park. There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing. We have solar backup so generally have no load shedding issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

Perfect contained room

We have recently installed solar panels and battery-backup to cope with the loadshedding as well as a large water storage tank for water outages Snug cozy contained room has a double bed, kitchenette with two gas plates and bathroom with a shower. It's not the biggest space (23,5 square metres) but has almost everything you need for a stay in one of Johannesburg's beautiful old tree-lined suburbs. The area is safe and close to the train.

Our cottage is located in Northcliff, JHB. The central location makes for easy access wherever you want to go- with Uber always only a few minutes away. There is a double room with en-suite bathroom, lounge and self catering kitchen with doors that lead into a private garden. Guests have their own private access and parking onsite. We have solar panels with a backup battery, so load shedding will not affect your stay.
