A mini sleepout with a double bed, tv, internet, heater, shower and toilet. The suite has private entrance with key and offers a seperate kitchen/ washhouse with a microwave, double element cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Nutri bullet and cooking items. Coffee, tea & cereals provided as well as sham/Con and bodywash. Spa pool and pool access. Swimming pool available November to March only. Friendly family dog who is not allowed in the suite and 2 family cats. Not suitable for children.

While compact, it includes a heat pump/aircon, unlimited hot water, shower, basin, toilet, kitchenette (microwave, fridge and induction element), good wifi, Netflix and your own deck. Lex's Guesthouse is next to our home. You can use the BBQ and laundry facilities if needed. There is parking for one vehicle up the drive.
