Relax and enjoy astounding glacier and mountain views from every window in Glacier View, Alaska. This is an authentic, spacious Alaskan log cabin built in 1973. The cabin has a full custom kitchen, full bath, and a private view of the Matanuska Glacier from inside the cabin or from the deck. Prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or dine at our local lodge across the road. The Glacier View Log Cabin sleeps up to 6 and has TV, wifi, and woodstove heat. Our Haven accommodates 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, a closet, and one bedroom has a good sized dresser. Enjoy the quiet retreat…minutes away from Matanuska Glacier. Our home has wifi, providing a variety of streaming options on the TV as well as a DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, a hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker, even a salad spinner!

Although techincally only one bedroom, this place offers a spacious 800 sq. feet of open living space on one story and provides spectacular views of the Chugach Mountains from the South facing windows. The location of the rental makes for a great home base to travel, as it is centerally located between Anchorage and Valdez.
