Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden. Breakfast of home made muesli/yoghurt and toast.

Tranquil base to relax and explore the region. 400m from the coastal walking/cycle trail. City 5 min drive, 40 min walk, 15 min bike ride.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

No smoking within the property please. The unit is ideal for short stay visitors who are happy to dine out. Compact, Self contained, clean, quiet, comfortable and 10 mins walk to City Centre. Surrounded by trees but still has a unique uninterrupted view of the Port and City.

The landscaped swimming pool is a great spot to cool off in summer. Fast Broadband Wi Fi is provided if you need to keep in touch.
