Garden Suite

This light-filled, quiet and private Garden Suite is an extension of the house, with a separate entrance, overlooking garden and pool, and a wooded area. The Unit has two rooms which are partially separated by a beautiful stone wall. The rooms offer every comfort needed for a stay, whether it is a weekend or longer. The Garden Suite does not have a kitchen. Cleveland Park is a historic neighborhood, boasting great restaurants, shops and lovely walks nearby, such as Rock Creek Park and the zoo.

Newly remodeled basement suite nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the top of Georgetown, D.C. Steps away from Wisconsin St featuring specialty retail shops, cozy cafes, and various restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of having two grocery stores that are less than a 10 minute walk away. The popular M St and the Georgetown Waterfront is just an easy 14 minute walk downhill. You are also just a short Uber ride away from the Kennedy Center and the Monuments. This neighborhood is bicycle friendly.

This is entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants

Our house is located in a quite and safe historical neighborhood in Woodley Park. It is located within a walking distance, about 5 minutes walking, to Woodley Park Metro Station, Smithsonian's National Zoo, and many restaurants and bars. There is a separate entrance at the rear side of the house, and a parking space available near the entrance. Our place is ideal toward people staying here for work. No extra guests other than requested and no party or smoking allowed. No pet allowed.

The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Lovely 1 bedroom basement studio. Private entrance, lots of storage, very quiet and it gets some light. Steps to the Omni Shoreham, short walk to Woodley Park metro station, buses, grocery stores, restaurants and Rock Creek Park. We are very mindful of having the place clean. The house host is a classical piano player, so you might hear some of the music at times. If this is a problem for our guests, we are very flexible with agreeing on piano playing times.
