Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Please note the vehicular ferry is out for maintenance from Nov 10 til Dec 7. During this time we can collect you from the passenger ferry. Wide open spaces, fresh sea air and no crowds. Transport yourself to a 2- storey Hansel and Gretel style cottage in a forest by the water on an island where you can see koalas and wildlife up close in their natural environment. Only 4 hours from Melbourne. We are very sorry pets are not permitted here due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife.

Koala Kottage

Koala Kottage’s refurbished interior features a living area, dining area, exquisite large en suite bathroom with garden courtyard view and an ultra modern fully equipped kitchen . There is also an eating area and BBQ outside on the vine covered deck or make use of the seated fire pit area with a barbecue cooking plate . The Kottage features vaulted timber lined ceilings with sky light. Surrounded by a natural habitat of gum trees, koalas, kangaroos and colourful native birds.

Wild Falls Nature and Animal Lovers Paradise!

Our renovated barn has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living & dining. The kitchen comes with essentials such as 2 burner induction stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher (but no oven). Sit and relax under the covered deck & enjoy the sounds of tarra river whilst cooking up a bbq. You may even catch sight of our resident koala who likes to sit in one of the many trees surrounding (no guarantees tho) Head over to ‘wildfallsgippsland’for photos and info!
