The Cottage is very close to the hustle and bustle of the Silver Lake area, but provides a relaxed, efficient place to get away when the day is done. Mornings and evenings can be spent on the back porch surrounded by the woods. The Cottage is the perfect complement to a busy day at the lake. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children (appropriate for children ages 6 and up).

We are centrally located between Mears and Hart and Ludington and Muskegon. The pristine setting of the cottage is on a dead end, private street. No neighbors across the street - just beautiful woods!

5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 190' of lake frontage, 2 docks, sandy bottom 1.5' deep at shore sloping to 4' at end of 40' docks, large deck, parking for at least 9 vehicles. There is sleeping for 20 (in beds). There is a grill, fire pit, kayaks (2) for guests to use. Just down the road from Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Something for everyone to enjoy. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.
