Cuisine toute équipée, avec lave vaisselle, frigo congélateur, machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, micro-onde et plaques à induction. Lave linge . Rangement . TV. AC

Ce logement est unique dû à son emplacement et sa vue incroyable sur le Golfe. Nous avons soigné la décoration de cet appartement comme une suite très haut de gamme pour être à la hauteur de la vue mer qu'offre notre logement. Vous avez un coin salon avec canapé très confortable pour regarder la TV QLED 75 pouces, une cuisine américaine tout équipé avec frigo américain. Dans la chambre, nous avons opté un lit king size (180 x 200) très haut de gamme pour votre confort pour admirer la vue mer.

Magnifique appartement clair et lumineux pour 6 personnes. Disposant d'une superbe cuisine américaine tout aménagée, ouvert sur un grand salon, salle à manger. L'appartement dispose de 3 chambres, d'une salle de bain et d'une salle de douche. Une terrasse ou vous pourrez diner longe tout l'appartement. Idéalement situé en résidence sécurisée à 5 min a pied du port et de la place des Lices. 1 stationnement privé en extérieur complète ce bien d'exception. l'appartement à été refait en 2025.

A seulement 200m de la mer et 800m de la place des Lices, dans une résidence fermé, calme et sécurisée, il dispose d' une place de parking dans un box fermé.
